Selling a scrap vehicle in Pascoe Vale South
Pascoe Vale South, VIC 3044 is included in our Northern Melbourne directory, covering the Merri-bek council area. Our business address is 9–19 Levanswell Road, Moorabbin. Give the actual pickup address in Pascoe Vale South and explain access to the vehicle. Confirm collection availability with the team before booking.
Which vehicles can you enquire about?
For a car, describe mechanical faults, damage and missing parts. Truck enquiries should include the body type and available size information. Mention a van’s roof height and fit-out, a ute’s tray or tub and any significant 4×4 modifications. State which tools or accessories stay with the vehicle. Acceptance and loading arrangements are confirmed for the actual vehicle, rather than assumed from its category.
Tyres, wheels and steering
State whether the vehicle has all its wheels, whether tyres hold air and whether steering operates. A car that will not start may still roll, while another may have seized brakes or damaged suspension. Distinguishing these conditions helps the team plan the assessment and removal.
Missing components
List missing wheels, an engine, gearbox or other substantial components. A quote for a complete car may not apply to a stripped vehicle. Photos showing the whole vehicle and its current position help clarify what remains and whether specialised loading arrangements need to be discussed.
Choosing a collection window
Give the team your availability and any deadline when you first enquire. Collection depends on vehicle acceptance, access and scheduling. Wait for an agreed window before arranging time off or moving other vehicles, and provide an accessible contact number for the collection day.
Confirm the sale before collection
Confirm what is included in the purchase, whether any details remain to be checked and the payment arrangements before handover. Ask what ownership documents are needed and which collection times are available. Our How It Works guide sets out the steps, while Sell My Car explains the direct-sale option.
