Information that helps the driver
Explain whether the car starts, rolls and steers, and whether keys are available. Mention a flat tyre, locked steering or missing wheels. Describe narrow driveways, underground parking, gates or other obstacles that could affect loading.
Collection and handover
Have the agreed documents and keys ready and remove belongings where safe. Tell the team if vehicle condition or access changes after booking. Confirm payment arrangements before handover and retain a record of the agreed sale. Do not submit a booking assuming a particular arrival time is guaranteed.
